Step one:
Download your preferred Ubuntu from here: http://www.ubuntu.com/download/ubuntu/download
Step two:
Download Universal USB installer from here: www.pendrivelinux.com/universal-usb-installer-easy-as-1-2-3/
Step three:
Plug in your USB
Step four:
Launch Universal USB installer and do the following:
Wait for the installer to do it's work (this might take a few minutes)
Once done click on Close.
Step five:
Restart your PC. While starting it (just few seconds after the monitor's on) Press F12 (this key might be different for different PCs, Google it!). Access the Boot menu. select your USB using arrow keys. Press Enter.
Done!
